Gaithersburg, MD – June 18, 2018 – Senvol will be presenting at NIST’s inaugural Additive Manufacturing Benchmarks (AM-Bench), which is the first in a series of events focused on validating and improving the accuracy of model predictions and developing universally accepted quantitative measurement approaches for all additive manufacturing (AM) materials and methods.
AM-Bench 2018 will take place from June 18-21, 2018 at NIST’s headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Senvol President Annie Wang will be presenting on “Data-Driven Machine Learning Approach to Analyze the Relationships between Additive Manufacturing Process Parameters and Material Performance.” During the presentation, Wang will discuss the machine learning software, Senvol ML, that Senvol is developing for the U.S. Navy. Analyses that will be discussed include determining what process parameters to use in order to achieve a target mechanical performance, and using in-situ monitoring data to simulate non-destructive tests.
Wang’s presentation will be on Monday, June 18 at 3:50pm.
